A Helpful Tool for Typographers

What better way to learn your typefaces then by printing out a poster-size Periodic Table to place in your office. I stumbled on this useful image while doing a quick google search for popular typefaces. The table list the top 100 typefaces in order of popularity, each complete with their creator, the date it was created, and the family/class the typeface belongs to.

I believe this chart will become extremely useful for any beginner typographer, like myself. Even expert designers could just have this hanging around for aesthetic purpose, too.

  1. Thank you. I'll print it out and definitely use this reference for my future work.
